1st serving: Smoked tartare on taco. Served with warm herb butter, avocado/mango mousse, blue potato chips and frisee salad.

2nd serving: Uruguayan filet with corn soufflé, grilled cheese, confit tomatoes and basil foam.

3rd serving: American Black Angus Ribeye. Served with pea puree, flambéed vegetables, mushroom sauce and a fresh salad with peas, pomegranate and Italian parsley.

 4th serving: Smoked New York strip. Served with gazpacho reduction, potato fondant, steamed bok choy and celery puree.
